Yaamava’ Resort & Casino has introduced a reimagined resort cocktail program developed in partnership with Giancarlo Bar Consulting. This marks a significant evolution in the establishment's beverage offerings, and the overhaul coincides with the property's 40th anniversary.
The new resort cocktail program debuts at The Pines Modern Steakhouse, Yaamava’ Resort & Casino's award-winning fine dining destination. The beverage menu is structured around three distinct sections. The first one draws heavily from Collection 86 — a notable archive of rare, cult, and vintage spirits — and highlights iconic cocktails crafted with specially selected bottles from the 1970s and 1980s. This will offer guests the opportunity to experience spirits with decades of age and provenance in thoughtfully composed drinks. The 'From Grape to Glass' section translates the characteristics of California wine regions into cocktail form. This section rotates seasonally to showcase different producers and varietal expressions, while the third section — dubbed 'Twists on Classics' — reinterprets classic steakhouse cocktails with unexpected ingredients and refined techniques.
