Octonuts Partnered with rePurpose Global to Combat Ocean Waste

Octonuts, a California-based brand known for its premium nut-based snacks and butters, has partnered with rePurpose Global, a leading platform focused on circular solutions to combat plastic pollution. Through the 'Plastic Recovery Pledge,' Octonuts aims to minimize its environmental impact while continuing to offer healthier snack options. As part of this collaboration, Octonuts is supporting 'Project Sanguise,' a community-driven initiative in Cameroon that focuses on recovering plastic waste from coastal areas, benefiting both marine life and local communities.

Greg Nielsen, CEO of Octonuts, emphasized the brand’s commitment to sustainability, stating, “Our partnership with rePurpose Global reinforces our responsibility to the environment.”

In addition to these efforts, Octonuts will showcase its new cashew product line, featuring flavors such as 'Pure Crunchy,' 'Strawberry,' 'Churro-Inspired,' and 'Cocoa Cashew Spread,' at the Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, on March 5-7, 2025.
