Warner Bros Lets Viewers Star in the Trailer for 'Reminiscence'

American movie studio Warner Brothers has partnered with Israeli AI company D-ID to develop a deep fake generator that allows viewers to insert themselves into the trailer for its new film 'Reminiscene' starring Hugh Jackman. This innovative campaign comes to promote the Warner Bros. movie, which is set to hit theatres on August 20th.
To use the deepfake generator, users must visit the film's official website and upload a photo of their face. Within seconds the generator will rework the original trailer, creating a unique moving deepfake sequence featuring the user's face.
This collaboration will not be the first instance of D-ID offering inventive deepfake applications for major brands. In February of this year, the company launched a service called ' Deep Nostalgia' for MyHeritage. The tool allowed users to bring to life photographs of their deceased relatives.
