Refreshed Guest Spaces

The Lofton Hotel Refreshes Every Room and Adds Mezzo Mezzo

The Lofton Hotel has completed a comprehensive renovation that updates its lobby, guest rooms, and shared spaces, offering a more polished stay at the 248-room downtown Minneapolis property. The refreshed first floor now centers on 'Mezzo Mezzo,' an Italian-inspired dining concept that combines coffee, pizza and cocktails in one venue.

Inside, the hotel restyled all guestrooms and suites with new flooring, drapery, furnishings, and lighting, while expanding the sixth-floor fitness center to include Precor and Peloton equipment. The hotel also refreshed 'Cosmos' with new lighting, drapery and furnishings to add more gathering space.

A single renovation across rooms, dining and wellness gives The Lofton a broader day-to-night appeal without changing its central address. In a crowded downtown hotel market, that kind of all-in-one update can help the property compete on experience rather than room count alone.
