These ultramodern recycled hangers are made from 100% recycled cardboard and would make a chic and eco-friendly addition to any closet. Created by Ukrainian designer Viktor Puzur, the sustainable closet solution is officially titled 'Trempel,' and is created using a fairly straight forward method that may inspire you to experiment with making your own.
In order to create the recycled hangers, Puzur takes a recycled cardboard tube and cuts it into angled sections, with one tube making approximately 25 hangers. After creating the cut out sections, he drills a hole in the top of each piece and sands the edges to smooth them out and applies a waterproof coating to ensure that damp clothing doesn't cause the hangers to bend or warp.
