Father Greg Pembroke has documented the whimsical moods of his child in his Reasons My Son is Crying series. The images track many different scenarios, seen in the boy's sad face while taking a bath or at the dinner table.
Pembroke initially started his project via Facebook and Tumblr. He soon after attracted a great deal of attention, prompting him to further document the moods of his son Charlie and on occasion, his older son William. Paired with the pictures are humorous descriptions as the phrases read "We suggested that he play with a train" and "He threw his dinner plate on the ground. He now wants to eat dinner." In some cases however, the reasons for his tears are unknown.
