Unlike the often casual and low-cost perches and tables that are made out of cork, this piece has a sophistication about it. The tripod base is manufactured from laser-cut aluminum that forms thick supports with smooth curves and clean lines. To complete the champagne-bottle cap, a solid cork block has been placed on top to make a nice, thick circular seat with a 30-centimeter diameter.

Designed by the Douro Creative Studio, the Purista Stool would be a tasteful addition to any office or living space.
