The bagels come in with 16-grams of protein in each serving, which is reported to be twice the amount found in ordinary bagels to give them a satisfying, nutrient-rich recipe. The bagels come in Plain, Everything and Cinnamon flavors, which are each Kosher certified and pre-sliced for convenience.
