This public seating makes shipping pallets and cardboard seem like the most natural materials to make furniture out of. Completely unique, the Propane Tank Bench offers a new way to look at these gas tanks as well as other industrial products.
Conceived and created by California-based designer Colin Selig, the Propane Tank Bench was the runner-up in the DIY/Hack/Mod category for Care 77 Design Award 2011. Made to fit various body types comfortably, this public bench is curvaceous all-around. This curved shaped also makes the Propane Tank Bench strong and sturdy.
