Pride-Celebrating Bike Collections

Schwinn Launched the 'Pride Artist Series' of Bicycles

Schwinn launched a set of limited-edition bikes for Pride Month titled the 'Pride Artist Series.' This series includes two bikes, one classic sting-ray manual bike and one standard electric bike (e-bike). Each bike features a limited-edition collaboration between Schwinn and prominent artists from the LGBT community.

The classic sting-ray is the 'Sting-Ray Krate x Rae Senarighi.' Rae Senarighi is a non-binary cancer survivor with a long history of activism through expressive art projects. This collaborative bicycle is no different, as Senarighi designed the bike with a beautiful blue background with pink floral patterns. The frame of the bike reads "trans is beautiful" on one side and "trans powered" on the other.

The e-bike is the 'Coston DX x Lisa Congdon.' Lisa Congdon is a renowned artist and author. She has written more than 10 books and produced art for high-profile clients including Fortune 500 businesses. The e-bike has a white background with colorful patterns and designs inspired by the LGBT community.

Both bikes are available as part of an auction to support the Venture Out Project. The bids begin at $500, however, the bikes can be bought out instantly for a price of $20,000 USD.
