Prezzo and Blackfish Brands Partnered on New Cocktails

Prezzo and Blackfish Brands have announced an extension of the two brands' partnership that will see two new cocktails being launched just in time for the arrival of the cold weather seasons. The cocktails are part of the Prezzo Autumn Menu arriving this month, and conclude the Morello Cherry Sour and the Spiced Apple & Pear Martini, which are both perfect for enjoyment on their own or with a meal. The bespoke cocktails are arriving at all of the Prezzo restaurant locations in the UK now and come packaged in 1.5-liter recyclable pouches to further reinforce the brand's commitment to high-quality, free-from drinks.

Senior Bar and Beverage Manager Dominic Hawksworth spoke on the continued Prezzo and Blackfish Brands partnership saying, "Collaborating with the team at Soho Street on our new seasonal cocktails has been extremely exciting and delicious. Throughout the development process we have managed to deliver a range of exceptional seasonal Italian flavours in a style of cocktail that can sometimes be more challenging for the bartender to create. We’re proud of the results and consistency of serve and glasses full of flavour for all who enjoy them.”
