Premium Christmas Lunch Sandwiches

Co-op Adds Two Premium Sandwiches to Its Christmas Lunch Range

Co-op is expanding its Christmas lunch offer with two premium sandwiches arriving later in the season, alongside four returning festive staples for lunch shoppers. The new pair, the 'Christmas Club Sandwich' and 'Posh Prawn Cocktail Sandwich,' joins the retailer's holiday lineup, featuring ingredients such as truffle mayonnaise, French Brie, and king prawns.

The core range reaches Co-op stores nationwide on October 21, while the premium pair follows on December 2. Across the own-brand lineup, meat is 100% British, including the fresh turkey in the main sandwich offer, and sales from the core Christmas sandwiches support Barnardo's.

Priced at £3.85 for members as a meal deal, the range stays close to an everyday lunch purchase rather than a one-off treat. The December rollout and charity tie-in also make the sandwiches a traffic driver for Co-op and a repeat-buy seasonal cue ahead of Christmas.
