The YIJIA Vegetable and Potato Cutter is designed to keep produce in place when preparing it for meals to deter the occurrence of cuts and slips.
The device works by being inserted into the flesh of fruits and vegetables. From here, the metal rods help to keep the produce in place, but also offer a guiding section for a knife to slide through.
Aside from offering an enhanced way to slice veggies and fruit, the YIJIA Vegetable and Potato Cutter can also double as a meat tenderizer. The multi-rod design allows meat to be pierced and tenderized much quicker than by other means. The reversible handle allows the device to be used by those who are either left or right-handed.
