'A Plus' social news organization created this heart-wrenching PSA about a vlogger who posts everything she "gets" or receives each day. The ad shows a recording each day of things the vlogger has obtained, which ranges from sunglasses and coffee to books and breast cancer.

The ad begins as a normal vlog would, the girl is smiling, adjusting her camera and wearing a brightly colored shirt. As the vlog goes on, the girl's bubbly personality begins to fade and she talks about getting a coffee because she has no energy. Then, the videos become increasingly sad as she reveals she has breast cancer. She posts about her pain relief pills, chemotherapy and breast cancer books.

While the breast cancer victim posts everything she gets, she never thought she would get breast cancer. The powerful ad is sending a message to all viewers about the importance of being aware of your health every single day.
