4505 Chicharrones recently expanded its range of pork rind snacks with the addition of two new flavor options, as well as new packaging. The gourmet snacks cater to the growing demand for protein-rich food products and high-end meats.
In addition to its Classic Chile & Salt variety, 4505 Chicharrones will also come in a Smokehouse BBQ and Jalapeño Cheddar variety. Both flavors are crafted by butcher Ryan Farr from cuts of humanely sourced pork that is free from added hormones and antibiotics. The pork rinds are also kettle-cooked in lard to reduce waste and give them a lighter, crispier texture.
With a growing demand for artisanal meats in snack-sized portions, these pork rind snacks are likely to be in high demand.
