The experience provides a walkthrough of a recommended five-step skincare and scalp care routine and guests can create a myINKEY profile, then add their preferred products directly to their basket by scanning relevant QR codes in different zones: Clean, Hydrate, Treat, Moisturise, SPF & Scalp.

As well as being able to engage in interactive games, visitors can make the most of one-to-one skincare consultations and participate in competitions for their chance to win products.
