LEGO creates clever pop culture riddles as part of its new advertising campaign.
The brand has made these ads to celebrate its 55th anniversary. LEGO has always been much associated with pop culture and often times teams up with such to create its line of toys. These ads highlight this along with creating a playful way in which to engage its market.
I had a difficult time deciphering many of the pop culture riddles. Some of them will come easy as they are so iconic, but others may require having watched the particular movie in question.
The ads themselves are done very well. They are minimalist portrayals that contain colorful LEGO blocks in different subtle situations. As a result, the pictures draw the viewer in.
