Apple's Podcasts App Launches a New Organized Update Feature

The Podcasts app by Apple launched a new updated feature that helps users find content based off of their preferred genres. There are nine new categories that showcase top shows and episodes on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. The latest new subcategories include "Mental Health, Relationships, Self-Improvement, Personal Journals, Entrepreneurship, Documentary, Parenting, Books, and Language learning."

Apple has been turning its attention to mental health over the course of the past few years and even unveiled the new Journal app that allows users to document how they feel along with a mood-tracking feature that joins the Health app in the iOS 17 update. The subcategory will feature podcasts including topics that discuss "Relationships, Self-Improvement and Personal Journals."
