The Plateau Lamp has an organically minimalist aesthetic. Not only does the green and pink colorway bring to mind forest fungi, its gentle shape appears to take cues from nature. Nevertheless, the geometric touches give it a modern appeal that will help it complement both contemporary and classic homes.

Created by Ferréol Babin, a designer based in Reims, France, the Plateau Lamp is made out of ash wood, stainless steel and LED lights. The overall design of the Plateau Lamp was inspired by the use of LEDs. As written by the designer, it "is trying to make use of LEDs more poetic and subtle." Babin has certainly succeeded at doing just that.

Unique details finish the Plateau Lamp. This includes the unique shade which only covers half of the lamp's cylindrical stand.
