Willicroft Farm makes a variety of alternative cheese products, including a plant-based cheese fondue that's filling, warming and comforting. The product, made with a double fermentation process, consists of simple ingredients like cashews and coconut oil, fermented quinoa, rice and soybeans, plus nutritional yeast, salt, garlic powder and a few other additions to create just the right flavors and textures.

This alternative fondue is sold by the bucket and it sports a playful name that says: 'This is Not Cheese Fondue.'

Willicroft Farm, a family-owned company, got its start in 1957 as a dairy farm but the company entered the plant-based cheese market a few years ago. Now, the company offers everything from parmesan-style cheeses made with nuts to cheese sauces and grated cheese alternatives that can be used in many different kinds of snacks and recipes.
