Plant-Based Burrata Meal Kits

Julienne Bruno Created a First-of-Its-Kind Recipe Box with GRUBBY

Plant-based recipe kit brand GRUBBY teamed up with artisan vegan cheese producer Julienne Bruno to create a limited-edition Easter dish featuring plant-based burrata. The recipe for Za’atar Spiced Butternut Squash & Burrella Salad with Zhoug contains Burrella, the award-winning plant-based alternative to burrata made with ingredients like soya drink, coconut oil, vegetable fibers and vegan fermentation cultures.

Julienne Bruno's plant-based burrata with a firm bite and a creay interior perfectly complements salads like the one created with GRUBBY, which calls for ingredients like butternut squash, tamari, agave, lemon and rocket, plus herbs abd spices. “Burrella elevates this recipe to a high-end restaurant level," says Martin Holden-White, founder of GRUBBY.

This collaboration is the first time Julienne Bruno has partnered with a recipe kit provider.
