This spring, Bruster’s Real Ice Cream is combining two iconic cake flavors with its premium ice cream to create new Pineapple Upside Down Cake and Gooey Butter Cake flavors.
Available for a limited time from the more than 200 independently owned Bruster’s Real Ice Cream locations nationwide, the new cake-inspired flavors will be May features of the month. The new Pineapple Upside Down Cake consists of tropical pineapple ice cream layered with moist yellow cake pieces, real crushed pineapple pieces, and red maraschino cherries. On the other hand, the new Gooey Butter Cake flavor consists of creamy vanilla cheesecake ice cream studded with buttery cake pieces, and rippled with ribbons of butterscotch and caramel.
Both of the new cake-inspired ice cream flavors are only available from May 1st to 31st.
