'miggo' recently designed a product called 'Pictar' that gives smartphone users the same controls as a DSLR camera. As smartphone photography becomes more popular among consumers, there is a growing demand for applications that give users the power to take high-quality pictures. This smartphone grip merges camera-based photography with the iPhone to help users take the perfect picture with ease.

Pictar is an ergonomic smartphone camera grip that recently made its debut on Kickstarter. The device is designed to wrap around an iPhone to give users all of the same physical controls found on a DSLR camera. This includes features such as a zoom ring, a multi-state shutter button, a smart wheel, an exposure compensation wheel, a tripod mount and even a designated selfie button. All of these features help to provide users with a more comfortable grip and better control over their smartphone camera.

By merging traditional photography with state-of-the-art technology, Pictar can help to transform the way users take pictures with their smartphone.
