Photobombing Animals Ads

The Bratislava Zoo 'Open for Smiles' Campaign Captures Surreal Situations

Although people are not allowed to monkey around with the monkeys, perhaps the monkeys can monkey around with the people at the Bratislava Zoo as these photobombing animals show. Granted, the images are entirely doctored. But a person can dream. The ad campaign, which is titled 'Open for Smiles,' nevertheless shows that these photobombing animals will bring joy to people's lives in other ways.

Conceived and executed by ad agency JANDL, the photobombing animals ad campaign for the Bratislava Zoo involve a lion, kangaroo and orangutan holding up the corners of a human companion's mouth. Yet their eyes speak louder than the actions, illustrating that the people are having a good time even without the forced interaction. At the end of the day, everyone enjoys a little fantasy.
