Philips launched the 'Philips 45B1U6900C,' a medium-refresh rate, high-resolution, superwide monitor for home desktop setups. The monitor is fit for gaming or workplace use, as it has a smooth 75Hz refresh rate, wide 178-degree viewing angles, and an anti-glare, haze-coated screen.
The 45B1U6900C boasts a SmartContrast ratio of 80 million to one, as well as a maximum brightness of 450 cd/m², meaning it can function even with direct moderate sunlight. In terms of its interface options, this superwide monitor features two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4 port, one USB-C port with support for data, upstream daisy-chaining, DP input, power delivery up to 100w, and more. The device even supports analog 3.5mm audio out, ethernet input, and a USB 3.2 hub for data, power, and more.
