Smartwatch-Controlled Drones

The Phantom X Concept Uses the Apple Watch to Carry Out Daily Tasks

DJI unveiled an elaborate video featuring its latest drone idea called the Phantom X Concept. This particular drone will allow consumers to control it via an Apple Watch.

The Phantom X Concept video highlights the drone’s ability to create artistic sky writing, dodge obstacles and use the watch to sync to numerous drones for video capturing. The last function will give filmmakers that ability to document the same scene from multiple angles. This ability is made possible through the drone’s object tracking function.

The concept video offers consumers a look at the current ways to utilize drones in daily life. The drone can simply be tossed into the air where it will remain hovering while the user decides what task is needed to be carried out.
