Three Peter Piper Express concepts are being opened by Peter Piper Pizza, a fresh-made restaurant that's poised to deliver more convenient experiences than ever.
In 2021, Peter Piper saw off-premise sakes skyrocket with demand for its made-from-scratch pizza and menu items. These Peter Piper Express concept locations complement Peter Piper Pizza's popular full-service offering and they will be about 15% the size of a traditional Peter Piper restaurant, which is significant for reducing operational costs.
The full menus offered at the new Peter Piper Express locations are made possible thanks to a full-size kitchen equipped with a custom Roto-Flex pizza oven that has the capacity to produce more than 200 pizzas per hour.
