3sixteen and Saucony Join on a Set of Peregrine 15 Shoes

Saucony works in collaboration with 3sixteen on the new Gesso set of designs, taking the Peregrine 15 sneaker model as the canvas and dyeing them naturally. There are four colorways making up the capsule: Indigo, Granite, Rubia, and Sunflower.
The collaborative effort brings attention to the trail shoes under the idea of Gesso' which is a medium used to prime canvases before paintings. It uses a substance which enhances how the paint absorbs and creates a strong base to create. The same concept is applied to the capsule, inviting users to personalize their shoes and reimagine their own interpretation. The capsule uses natural dyes and techniques in collaboration with Green Natters Natural Dye Company as well.
