The dairy-free, nut-free and grain-free dessert recipe is made without corn syrup or insane amounts of sugar. To make your own peppermint chocolate fudge, you will need coconut oil, hemp hearts (such as the ones from Manitoba Harvest), raw cacao powder (or cocoa powder), raw honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, peppermint extract and sea salt. You also have the option of adding a crushed up, naturally sweetened candy cane.
