Off The Hook Pepper Jelly Sauce is Made with Tabasco

— April 11, 2025 — Lifestyle
The Off The Hook Pepper Jelly Sauce has been announced by the restaurant brand as a new condiment arriving just in time for Shrimp Season to help diners enjoy a burst of sweet, spicy flavor with their seafood. The sauce is crafted with Tabasco hot sauce in the recipe to give it a sweet and spicy (AKA swicy) flavor profile that will pair perfectly with the brand's shrimp. The sauce comes in two options including the Pepper Jelly Hook Salad and the Pepper Jelly Shrimp Wrap, which will be on offer through June 2, 2025 at participating locations.

CEO Paxton Moreaux spoke on the Off The Hook Pepper Jelly Sauce saying, "We’re proud to work with another beloved Louisiana brand to bring something truly unique to our guests. Partnering with Tabasco allows us to highlight the kind of flavor our guests love — bold, balanced and rooted in the Bayou. These limited-time items have all the makings of a local favorite.”
