The Wellness Podcast 'Lemon Water' Teamed Up with 'Peace & Quiet'

The chic clothing brand for contemporary adults, Peace & Quiet, recently announced that its latest collaboration is with the wellness podcast 'Lemon Water.'

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Peace & Quiet sought out Michelle Siman of the podcast Lemon Water to promote the importance of mental, physical, and spiritual health. Together, the duo came up with a grey long-sleeve T-shirt that promotes the importance of breathwork. According to the brand, breathwork helps to increase oxygen supply in the body, which can increase energy levels and concentration. To convey this message, the cozy shirt features the words “INHALE," while the back features the words “EXHALE.”

The new Lemon Water x Peace & Quiet shirt is set to drop on the Peace & Quiet’s website on April 23, 2020.
