You Can Now Buy PATRÓN Tequila With a Swipe on Instagram

Fans of PATRÓN can now buy the renowned tequila with a simple swipe on Instagram. PATRÓN Tequila recently partnered with MikMak, an e-commerce platform that specializes in social media "click to purchase" sales. PATRÓN is the first spirit company to leverage this social media purchasing technology to allow customers can shop and order their favorite PATRÓN Tequila via Instagram stories.

Only users who encounter an ad for PATRÓN Tequila on their Instagram stories will have the ability to swipe up and shop. Once a user swipes, they will be directed to either Drizly, Instacar, or ReserveBar and thanks to the geotag technology, the app will recognize what products are in your area for purchase. Moreover, MikMak will store the data gathered around a user's taste preferences in order to recommend specific flavors to them.
