Refreshing Summer Blends

Partners Coffee Celebrates Summer With Block Party

Partners Coffee, a native New York City coffee roaster known for premium quality coffee, relaunched its fan-favorite Block Party blend. The brand is celebrating an official relaunch of this blend to reign in summer and celebrate Pride Month.

Created to capture the flavors of summer, Block Party is a Colombian roast that contains light and fruity notes like "watermelon, strawberry, blueberry, and caramelized pink lady apple." More notably, Partners’ Director of Coffee, Cary Wong, suggests brewing the blend cold or over ice to taste subtler profile notes such as vanilla, nectarine, and fudge that might go unnoticed when brewed hot. Additionally, for a well-rounded flavor palette, Wong recommends sealing the coarse grounds of the coffee with water in a mason jar to steep overnight or up to 20-22 hours in a cool area for a truly delicious mix.
