Despite what the comfort level of the Paris Chair may suggest judging from the images, there's no denying that the stylish slitted furniture piece will brighten up rooms it's featured in.
Designed by Kalin Asenov for a school project, the Paris Chair is made from carefully molded pieces of maple wood and aluminum. Asenov explains that the materials used to fabricate the seating apparatus are rather light. Couple this with the angelic overall design of the chair and you have an airy butt rest that's best described as "heavenly."
Most people will no doubt quickly notice the tubular design of the chair's backrest. Since it's comprised of soft maple wood pieces, it will most likely conform to the curvature of the chair user's spine. Or, perhaps, chairs like these are best admired by the eyes rather than by the touch.
