Freedom-Centric Skate Collaborations

Palm Angels Launches its Three-Piece Capsule with Vans

Vault by Vans is the latest collaborative effort that joins forces with streetwear imprint Palm Angels as the duo deliver a three-piece capsule, The inspiration behind this stems from the concept of freedom and individuality that is true to skate culture. The collection highlights off-white tones and can be seen throughout the canvas construction of the uppers throughout the range.

It continues with a clear midsole unit that boasts a brown tonal print and Palm Angels branding on the side as an update to the traditional Vans jazz stripes. Speaking on the collection, Palm Angels founder and Creative Director Francesco Ragazzi states, “Palm Angels started with a photography book and Vans was already there. I took a picture of a guy skating in Venice beach, wearing the most vintage Vans Sk8-Hi I had ever seen and since then, the idea of Palm Angels collaborating with Vans has always been in my mind.”
