Vault by Vans works in collaboration with artist Julian Klincewicz on a new collection designed for the Spring/Summer 2022 season entitled Pale Fire Sky. This marks the third time that the duo is joining forces and the inspiration stems from childhood summers. It is meant to evoke the feeling of riding a bike to get ice cream, swimming in the lake or pool, playing childhood games, and much more.
Klincewicz wanted to capture the youthful spirit of summer for a nostalgic element to the wearables and the playful serenity of the time. He reflects upon his own childhood and journey to become a shoe designer, which is translated through the two themes throughout the capsule of PURE IMAGINATION.
