Factory-Implemented Pallet Mover Robots

Samsung Electronics is Using Phenikaa-X's Robot Tech

Phenikaa-X has recently introduced its AMR Pallet Mover robot to Samsung Electronics Thai Nguyen Factory, marking this manufacturing facility as the first Samsung factory globally to adopt this technology.

The AMR Pallet Mover is designed for industries such as electronics, garment, and automotive parts manufacturing. It can handle loads up to 1,000 kg. It integrates seamlessly with existing Warehouse Management Systems and automation devices via the VDA5050 API standard. The robot is managed using PNKX MMG software, which works to facilitate effective communication between human operators and the robot. Additionally, it adheres to ISO 3691-4 safety standards with multiple protective features, including AI cameras, LiDAR sensors, and collision detectors.

Consumers, particularly in manufacturing sectors, may be interested in this solution due to its potential to optimize operational costs and enhance production efficiency.
