Conagra Brands' Slim Jim created a Guinness-certified 429-foot-5-inch meat snack stick, featuring a single continuous Slim Jim that measured 143 yards and retained the brand's signature snap. The colossal stick weighed nearly 70 pounds and an official Guinness adjudicator validated it on Sept. 9 at Conagra's Omaha campus.
The build process began in June 2025 and was carried out by a dedicated team of 11 Conagra employees who followed the Slim Jim recipe to scale while preserving texture and form. The effort eclipsed the former record of 314 feet and let team members celebrate by sampling the finished stick on site.
For consumers, the stunt delivered a theatrical brand moment that brought Slim Jim's "big and bold" personality to life and gave fans a memorable experience tied directly to the product. It also reinforced Slim Jim's playful snack positioning and drove attention back to its core meat-stick offering.
