The Satellite outdoor kitchen system was designed by industrial design students Riccardo Randi, Riccardo Trabattoni and Dario Distefano from IED Milan for their thesis project for Italian manufacturer Schiffini. The system has a core component with a sink and several attachable modules, including one with plant pots for herbs.
Current Satellite module designs include a wood oven, gardening and barbecues, while the entire system is constructed from bent aluminum sheeting.
