According to the instructions on the box, step one involves filling up the special Oreo mug with some ice cold milk. Step two involves attaching a special cookie cage to the mug and filling it with Oreo cookies. A napkin is then placed down to catch any drips, while the final step involves using a special set of tongs to "GET DUNKING!"
