Domino's new 'Easy Button' is designed to make ordering a pizza easier than ever before. Earlier this year, Amazon introduced 'Dash Buttons,' which allow consumers to order new products with just the touch of a button. Now Domino's is using a similar model to streamline the process of ordering a pizza.
Domino's new Easy Button is a palm-sized device that comes in the shape of a tiny pizza box. Inside the box is a button that can be used to place an instant pizza order. To use the pizza delivery button, customers need to set up their ordering preferences through the Domino's mobile app. This includes details about what type of pizza the customer enjoys, the customer's address and payment information. Once the information is saved, the user can use the button to place an instant pizza order anytime.
Although the Easy Button has yet to launch, Domino's plans to initiate a social media campaign to determine which UK customers will receive the first pizza delivery buttons.
