Energy-Efficient Window Donations

DaBella Partners with Alside for Operation Hero Tribute

DaBella, a nationwide home services company operating across 68 branches in the United States, has recently completed a charitable initiative under its Operation Hero Tribute program. The company partnered with Alside to donate and install new energy-efficient Glasswing windows at the Knights Landing Fire Department's Station 9, a facility staffed entirely by volunteers and operating on a constrained budget.

The existing windows at the station were outdated and thermally inefficient, allowing external temperatures to penetrate the building and consequently driving up utility costs that diverted limited financial resources away from critical operational needs such as equipment maintenance and emergency response training. Through this no-cost replacement, the new windows are designed to provide superior insulation that will reduce the strain on heating and cooling systems and thereby lowering the department's monthly energy expenditures, which allows the volunteer firefighters to redirect those saved funds directly toward their primary mission of community safety and service.
