The 'One X' is a Health Tracker That Monitors Antioxidant Levels

There are plenty of comprehensive health trackers on the market that are designed to monitor different aspects of an individual's body and lifestyle, but the One X sets itself apart as one of the first nutritional biosensors to track antioxidant levels, among other things.

The One X system takes the form of a ball-shaped device that works alongside an app. To use, a person may simply hold the device in order to get a reading on their patterns in nutrition, sleep, activity, stress or alcohol consumption. Built-in sensors and Bluetooth technology work to take readings within seconds and sync the resulting data collected to the app. From there, the app is able to make personalized recommendations for each individual.
