One Thousand Museum is a 62-story luxury residential skyscraper, slated to be built in the sunshine city of Miami, Florida, that will be designed by world-famous British-Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid. This development will offer gorgeous views over Biscayne Bay, and is expected to be completed by 2017.
Each unit in the tower will offer several massive balconies and a variety of home automation gadgets that will enable maximum control over lighting, heating, air conditioning and security. The facility will also be home to an aquatic center, wellness, a spa, a sunbathing deck and a 24x7 on-site concierge.
Ultimately, One Thousand Museum is a statement from Zaha Hadid that she isn't just about museums and stadiums, but is more than capable of applying her unique architectural philosophy to residential towers.
