The 'ON Protein Water' Range Supports Muscle Growth and Recovery

'Optimum Nutrition' recently expanded its existing line of products with a protein-enriched drink called 'ON Protein Water.' While there are a wide variety of products designed to help athletes up their protein intake, these products are often high in calories, carbohydrates and fat. This drink gives athletes a new way to supplement their protein intake without the need to consume unhealthy bars or shakes.

The ON Protein Water range consists of three flavored waters infused with whey protein isolate. Each bottle is designed to provide 20 grams of fast-absorbing protein that helps to support muscle growth and recovery. Despite the hefty dose of protein, each serving contains just 80 calories, less then two grams of carbohydrates, zero fat and sugar and minimal sodium. As a result, athletes and fitness enthusiasts can easily up their protein intake, without consuming unhealthy ingredients in the process.
