Samsung's 'OLED S95B' Features 8k Upscaling and a QD Display

Samsung has announced the 'OLED S95B,' a 4k-resolution, quantum dot display with upscaling technology up to a maximum resolution of 8k. The display has full HDR10 support, a maximum native refresh rate of 120Hz, and a full range of colors. While many HDR10 displays struggle with black levels, clear color displays, and accurate contrast ratios, the addition of quantum dot (QD) technology solves these issues.

This television then delivers a full contrast ratio complete with ultra-dark, uniform black displays and a high peak brightness of 1,500 nits. Even a peak brightness of 800 nits is considered excellent for an HDR display, so the OLED S95B is one of the highest-quality displays on the market. As for the speakers on the TV, it features Object Tracking Sound and Dolby Atmos technology which results in unmuffled audio with a true-to-life surround sound effect.
