This oil less fryer from Hammacher Schlemmer cooks crisp fried food without using any oil. The Oilless Fryer has an infrared heating element that reaches a temperature of 400° F. An internal fan circulates the heat to cook food with 80% less fat than food fried by traditional deep-frying methods.

This appliance is ideal for health-conscious people who also enjoy savory, salty snacks. It can be used for almost guilt-free solo snacking or for quick family dinners. The stainless steel tray makes for easy clean-up and the cooking compartments make it easy to separate different fried food items. The machine has the capacity to cook up to four cups of french fries at once. It also includes a 30 minute timer.
