Oi Polloi and Fred Perry Join Forces on a Capsule

Oi Polloi and Fred Perry work in collaboration on a four-piece collection that is designed to celebrate the heritage of Fred Perry. The brands join forces and it includes two polo shirts, a Harrington jacket, and a pair of drawstring shorts. All of the items are made to reference retro elements, nodding to the 70s and 80s.

The color palette of the capsule celebrates luxury fashion, particularly Hermès. Oi Polloi's Steve Sanderson talks about the influence, stating “Inspiration for the color palette comes from some ’70s and ’80s luxury brands, especially Hermès’ collaboration with Citroën — they made a 2CV and all the luggage to go with it… that in of itself was pretty cool, but the colors were out of this world – it was like a brown metallic you don’t see a lot of anymore. I don’t think there’s anything not to like about it.”
