Beer-Branded Cookbooks

The Official Guinness Cookbook is Set to Hit Shelves this Holiday Season

Irish stout beer brand Guinness is set to release The Official Guinness Cookbook, written by Caroline Hennessey, an Irish drink and food critic that graduated from the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School. The book will contain 70 recipes designed for the perfect pairing with a Guinness stout.

Recipes will include dishes such as braised short ribs, Guinness soda bread, chocolate potato cake, and more. Some recipes are intended to be paired with the beer, while others incorporate it directly into the dish, such as the Guinness chocolate mousse.

The brand intends for this to be the first of a series of future cookbooks that will aim to introduce Guinness fans to new culinary avenues for enjoying their favorite beer.
