A £15,000 playground for pensioners has opened in the UK strictly for the OAP's. Designed for exercise and fun, it has special playground rides designed specifically for the needs of today's pensioners. It can be found in Blackley Manchester.
Amongst the equipment in the playground is a station for standing push-ups and led pedaling can be found along with a 'ski' to keep the hips flexible.
According to the Sun newspaper;
Joan Fitzgerald, 76, said: “I have never heard so much laughing."
Peggy Yuill, 74, said: “It makes you feel 21 again. It makes you feel good and gives you a real buzz.â€
